Andreas Knauf
studied law at the University of Mainz, and then took up positions in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz and Berlin. From 2002 until 2006 he lead the legal team for the music label ZYX MUSIC GmbH & Co. KG; and then went onto work as an independent lawyer and specialised in industrial property rights, as well as membership of the Association of Industrial Property Experts (VPP).
Andreas Knauf's clients are predominantly within Creative Industries. He leads workshops, seminars and lectures on Copyright, design, and trademark law, as well as contract law. At the Academy Visual Arts, Frankfurt he teaches copyright, design, brand and contract law.
