ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Ben Denzer is an artist, designer, and publisher whose playful and thought-provoking work explores books, images, and value through humor, collection, and form. A graduate of Princeton (Architecture and Visual Arts) and RISD (MFA in Graphic Design), he has taught at Parsons, SVA, RISD, Princeton, and more. Through his imprint Catalog Press, Ben publishes inventive artist books and contributes visually to The New York Times. His work—collected by institutions like The Met, The Guggenheim, and the MFA Houston—blends wit and material experimentation, earning recognition from AIGA, the Type Directors Club, and PRINT Magazine. Ben also created the celebrated Instagram project @ice_cream_books, once hailed by Bella Hadid as “the most important Instagram out there today.”
